Drying Inside a Daycare Facility

When this daycare facility had a flood it knew to call SERVPRO of Providence. We are well known in the community and are members of the community.

We arrived and started right away with the mitigation process:

1. Extraction of all standing water - there was quite a bit in the basement.
2. Removal of damaged drywall.
3. Placing of air movement and dehumidification to quicken the evaporation process.

The daycare wanted to stay open as not to dip into their "business interruption" insurance which meant containing the openings in the wall until drying was finished. This method allowed the company to stay open during the drying process.
