Water Dripping From the Ceiling

This building suffered a frozen pipe break which flooded the basement of the offices. Having to work with the government was great. We worked really well and quickly since they had to stay operational during the week.

We first extracted all the water that was in the basement. Next, we placed the equipment strategically throughout the basement to promote drying and dehumidification. Basements are usually a little musty due to dirt and trapped moisture, but adding water because of a broken pipe will cause the humidity to spike. Keeping the basement dry was a priority because of the storage.
