Highly Trained Restoration Specialists

Training, quality of work and customer satisfaction are connected; in fact, there is a direct relationship between the training someone receives and they'll ability to accomplish good work.

In any industry "those who do" without much training and experience exist — and by this we mean those who do perform without any precision or skill — they end up making more of a mess and causing more harm. This isn't skill, this isn't precision and it's not how our SERVPRO of Providence team thinks about quality work.

Our team members are highly trained restoration techs, they're not "anybodies" or "hackers," like some new golfer taking swings for the first time. Our team members are skilled technicians with experience and the right training. We understand that the credibility of our name is on the line every time we respond to a new restoration or professional cleaning need. In these moments, it's not a moment for learning and trying, it's a moment for the right intervention at the right moment, this only comes with experience and training.

Our technicians receive training from the SERVPRO corporate offices where they have a technical training academy. During a technicians time in training they’ll work on their IICRC industry certifications in Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, Fire and Smoke Restoration and Commercial Drying.
